In short
Parkinson's research studies continued, and the update shared participant reports about mobility. Much of the month's update covered other research programs.
Most of the October 2025 update covered other research areas and company business. The items about the Parkinson's research are summarized here.
The update said Zhittya had by then dosed more than 220 people with Parkinson's. Dan Montano, the chief executive, wrote that the company was continuing to dose participants with Parkinson's and to learn how to do it better.
Two talks were announced. On October 18, Mr. Montano and a colleague were to speak about Parkinson's disease and stroke at a wellness expo for older adults in Las Vegas. On October 24, a senior cardiologist at a Dubai hospital was to present Zhittya's Parkinson's research studies at a regenerative medicine conference in Dubai, where about 500 people were expected.
Mr. Montano noted that over the past 20 years the company had presented its research, including the Parkinson's work, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
The update shared comments from two participants with Parkinson's. Topics included tremor, sleep, energy, handwriting and a visit to a neurologist. One described symptoms that still returned after about six hours each day, and a foot that still dragged.
On other brain conditions, Mr. Montano wrote that two people in their twenties with autism had been dosed and had shown modest improvements. He said the team did not know whether more time would bring more change. The update also noted that the brain imaging studies at Washington University in St. Louis were continuing.
